Easter Tour 2008
21st - 24th March 2008
Fantastic news! We will be taking a party of over 70 to Tenby, South West Wales over Easter 2008. But time is counting down - we are now under 90 days from going on tour! We need your help and support!
Fundraising:
It is essential we raise as much money as we can to reduce the cost of the tour. The coach cost is higher than expected due to fuel increases. Please support these events and activities and get your friends and family involved too.
Scratch Cards: Please sell these and let Mandy Lloyd have your money by Sunday 3rd February 2008 - only 10 cards have come back so far. Each scratch card means £20 is raised!!
Bag pack: Morrison’s Castle Bromwich 2nd February 2008 10 am - 4 pm
Teams of 12 will complete a 2 hour stint. Only those lads who attend will benefit from the money raised!

Salts playing shirts will be provided on the day but please come in Salts shorts, socks and trainers!

Please please please ask your bosses about getting involved in supporting our club. Many companies offer support to local clubs and we are a registered charity! If you have your own business - donations are tax deductible!!! Ways companies can help are;
·matched funding schemes for fund-raising activities
·contributions to clubs where employees are volunteers
·sponsorship of shirts/equipment.
I can provide appropriate letters etc if required.
Payment:Final payment for the accommodation and activities is required by; Sunday 27th January 2008. If you’ve already paid your £30 deposit that leaves £100 per person. The balance to cover shirts and transport will not be known until fundraising is complete, but we would like to cover ALL the remaining costs.

A full list of required clothing and kit will be given out at the final meeting in March. Make sure you take old clothes for all the outdoor activities and dads you will be dressing for dinner on one of the nights!!! But this is a guide to what you may need;
